All the staff are attentive and offer excellent recommendations. The store manager and the entire team take the time to thoroughly explain the different models, you can test ride the bikes, and they are always very responsive. I highly recommend them because they all put their heart and soul into their work to ensure our complete satisfaction. In short, I am delighted with my bike and the impeccable service from purchase to delivery. I will gladly return.

The place is professional and friendly. I scheduled an appointment to have my bike repaired, and it was fixed quickly on the day of the appointment. I had mentioned that the derailleur and brake pads would need replacing. This was done at a reasonable price. The receptionist and the repairman were attentive, communicated well about the progress, and were willing to explain simple procedures, which was a real plus. Having read about other less welcoming and less professional places on Google Maps, I agree with most of the comments: go for it, you shouldn't be disappointed!
