Avoid at all costs!
I went to this shop for routine maintenance on my bike (cassette, chain, handlebar tape, and bottom bracket check). A week before the appointment, I checked with the mechanic to make sure he had all the parts. (He had me buy a bottom bracket part from an All Trick bike that I had delivered to the shop!) So I dropped off my bike in the morning. The mechanic called me back at 5 PM to tell me he didn't have any parts! He couldn't repair my bike and asked me to come back and pick it up that evening! As for the part he had me buy, I should just send it back to All Trick!
In short, amateurs with no customer service skills!
I finally found another repair shop. Everything was done perfectly, and the bottom bracket just needed a little cleaning! I'm actually going to buy my new bike from them.
