I’ve been hiring my skis here for several years now and I’m always very satisfied. Top-notch service, high-quality equipment and excellent value for money. The lockers provided are really handy. I’d recommend them without a doubt!

I’ve been a customer of this shop for several years now; the service is good and the equipment is up to standard. The staff are a bit shy and reserved, but friendly.

The welcome was very impersonal, which is understandable during the school holidays. However, it is harder to accept that the receptionist refused to open the door between the changing rooms and the shop so we could return the equipment, even though we explained that our child was ill. A shop to avoid!!! Following your reply: yes, this was clarified by your employee. However, on your part, you fail to mention that your staff were idle, as there were no customers in your shop at that time, and that the staff operating the machines didn’t seem particularly busy either, as we could hear them laughing for several minutes behind the changing room door – which, in itself, doesn’t bother me in the slightest. My main criticism centres on the lack of assistance offered to your customers when they need it.

The welcome was rather nonchalant; I felt like I was being a bother and that we had to rush through the fittings. On the first day, whilst choosing my boots, I was in agony as soon as I tried them on. By the end of the day, my feet were a right mess; I had to change my boots three times in total over two days of skiing. Luckily, the other two shop assistants were friendly and accommodating. I think that’s a shame.
