Excellent service, very professional, and attractive prices.

The equipment is reasonably priced and you won’t find it any cheaper elsewhere. However, when you walk in and say ‘hello’ three times, nobody replies, and then you get the impression you’re bothering them just to get prices and advice… That’s not very professional. If you’re cold and lack a sense of friendliness, you’re better off not working in retail.

The prices are reasonable, but the middle-aged sales assistant – who looked the oldest – was acting as if he were some sort of big shot, looking down on people and speaking in a haughty manner. The day he comes across someone who loses their temper, I reckon he’ll be in for a bit of a shock. However, the young sales assistant is brilliant – he gives good advice and is always smiling; I’d definitely recommend him!
