I strongly advise against using this garage.
When I was selling my car, I was asked to return on several occasions because, allegedly, a document was still missing. At one point, they even went so far as to cast doubt on a document drawn up by the solicitor, insinuating that it might be a forgery. Such behaviour was both inappropriate and unacceptable.
The worst happened during my last appointment. I was exactly 12 minutes late. I hadn’t even stepped through the garage door when the receptionist was already shouting at me, telling me I was late and that there was no point in coming, that they wouldn’t see me. All this was said in a particularly aggressive and disrespectful tone. I genuinely wondered how anyone could speak to customers like that.
This same person had already made a name for themselves during a previous appointment by openly and loudly criticising an absent colleague, whilst we were waiting for our vehicle to be assessed right next door. This behaviour was completely inappropriate and speaks volumes about the atmosphere they help to create within the company.
I find it shameful that customers are treated in this way. When you are no longer able to welcome customers with professionalism and respect, perhaps it is time to take a long, hard look at yourself.
As for me, I’ll never set foot in there again and I certainly won’t be recommending this dealership… it’s a shame, especially after having bought several cars there!
