Avoid at all costs. It’s a shame you can’t give 0 stars. A very bad experience.
We were never clearly warned about the risk of flooding in this storage unit. During the viewing, I had actually pointed out a wet patch on the floor, and I was told that the problem had been sorted out.
Imagine our surprise when we found the storage unit flooded: several centimetres of water on the floor and water dripping from the ceiling. It was a shocking sight to see our belongings damaged.
We have suffered losses of over €1,000. Despite the photos of the damaged belongings, the proof of bank transfers, screenshots and supporting documents we sent, and the purchase invoices, we have received no reimbursement to date. Since 6 February 2026.
We even had to lodge a complaint to avoid paying the monthly fee for the month in which the incident occurred.
We are also very disappointed by the lack of follow-up and communication in the handling of the case.
The photos speak for themselves. I’ll spare you the rest of them. The last photo shows all of our possessions that are beyond repair.
I strongly advise against using them.
