For several years now, we’ve been buying our concert tickets for the Zenith in Limoges from Box Office in Limoges. They give us a very warm welcome, and the staff are very friendly. They give excellent advice and always ensure we have good seats for the concerts. Thank you very much. However, it isn’t always easy to get through to them on the phone. You have to try several times and be patient.

THE place to go in Limoges for concert and show tickets! I’ve been going there regularly for tickets for over 20 years… I was there again this morning to buy some. The staff are quick, friendly and always on the ball… much better than the big chains that are constantly letting you down. Here, it’s straightforward… they really know what they’re doing! Thanks again for this morning… I’ll be going to see Indochine in March 2025 thanks to you.

They saved me! I’d lost my tickets and they reissued them, even though I’d bought them from Fnac, who were unable to help me. I’ll buy directly from Box Office in future.

I am a wheelchair user and find it impossible to book accessible tickets to go to a concert, despite the various ticket outlets. I was greeted by a true professional who immediately understood my distress and took the necessary steps to explain exactly where the seats were located on the Zenith seating plan, as well as the ticket prices. She was very attentive and responsive – it was a pleasure dealing with her. I highly recommend this venue.

It’s a real nightmare booking tickets for passengers with reduced mobility. The customer service is appalling – no one ever answers. I was given the wrong information – I was made to book tickets for 2027 over the phone when I’d hoped for 2026, and they flatly refused to change them, even though it was the operator who hadn’t followed my request. For people with disabilities, I find this inhumane and I would not recommend this ticket office.
