I was the victim of a purely homophobic attack by a member of staff on the night of 1 November (a public holiday). I was thrown out of the nightclub for no valid reason; they told me, whilst spraying me with pepper spray, that I wasn’t welcome there.
They told me I’d be better off going to the ‘Lulu Club’. I ended up lying unconscious on the floor; the ambulances came to pick me up from the floor. I couldn’t see a thing. no one deserves this, given that I advocate kindness and peace and wasn’t asking for anything, just to enjoy a moment of togetherness with my friends. A scandalous and punishable act.
Not to mention the fact that we’d actually bought a bottle, and that quite a few people in the club noticed that I was in a cheerful mood, as were the friends I was with, and others…
