Excellent, friendly and kind service in English and French. Owner and mechanic stayed an hour past closing time to help fix a derailleur broken during travel to Paris. Skilled and quick repair. Highly recommend.

FABULOUSLY HELPFUL. My Di2 battery died (and needed replacing). I visited 5 bike shops all of whom didn’t have a charger for it. Not only did they have the charger and were happy to plug me in, but they also had a new battery and fitted it there and then. I was SOOOO grateful for some gears on the cycle back to the ferry at Dieppe. VERY knowledgeable, very impressive, and streets ahead of the competition!! Thanks+++++

Finding this place was like finding a gem. Great service, great prices, items in stock. Left the store spending more money than I had originally anticipated but I have no regrets. Like others have said this place is sworks heaven. Biggest selection of swork frames I’ve ever seen. Thanks for all the help and suggestions! Highly recommend.
