A lovely bike shop selling top-of-the-range kit. The staff are very friendly and responsive. In fact, on the recommendation of one of their customers, I went to this shop as I had a few minor jobs that needed doing on my bike. Although I live a two-hour drive away, they got straight to work to sort things out for me as quickly as possible. The work was impeccable. I highly recommend this shop. Thank you again.

Despite my mistakes (as I’m new to SRAM), they were able to sort them out and were very helpful. I received the kit in good order, well-packaged and quickly. I’m completely satisfied with both the purchase and the customer service. As for the kit, I’ll have to wait and see, as the bike won’t be assembled until May, but that’s not down to them 😉
