FABULOUSLY HELPFUL.
My Di2 battery died (and needed replacing). I visited 5 bike shops all of whom didn’t have a charger for it. Not only did they have the charger and were happy to plug me in, but they also had a new battery and fitted it there and then.
I was SOOOO grateful for some gears on the cycle back to the ferry at Dieppe.
VERY knowledgeable, very impressive, and streets ahead of the competition!!

Finding this place was like finding a gem. Great service, great prices, items in stock. Left the store spending more money than I had originally anticipated but I have no regrets. Like others have said this place is sworks heaven. Biggest selection of swork frames I’ve ever seen. Thanks for all the help and suggestions! Highly recommend.

A kind of bike shop, like from the almost gone golden times, a great service that is extremely rare and a kindness that is definitely worth mentioning.
I picked up my Look 795 Blade RS on a trip to France - everything went exactly as planned and agreed in advance with perfect communication and perfect timing.
What could be better than riding down the Champs Élysée on the sexiest bike in the world as a first ride...?!
