Excellent communication by email and telephone, with a speedy delivery. However, I challenge anyone to guess that the bike shown in the attached photo is actually blue, with no other evidence to suggest this apart from these photos against a white background and the product reference ‘morning mist white’, which becomes ‘morning mist blue’ on the delivery note.
I don’t want to come across as a difficult customer, as that’s just as unpleasant for me as it is for the shop… but this is a truly very unpleasant situation, and my call to the shop only served to make me feel foolish by the time I hung up.
