Exploring Colle di Val d'Elsa by bike means discovering Tuscany at the perfect pace: gentle enough to stop whenever a cobbled lane, a panorama of the hills or a shady terrace beckons, and dynamic enough to see a lot in a day. The town, set between the medieval part and the more recent districts, lends itself well to a stroll alternating heritage and nature.

From the center, it's easy to reach cypress-lined side roads, typical white paths and viewpoints over the Val d'Elsa. A few pedal strokes and the atmosphere changes: stone walls, fields and olive groves, then small hamlets where time seems to slow down.
