The experience takes place at a local winery and includes the tasting of selected Primitivo wines, chosen to showcase the influence of the area’s altitude, limestone soils and continental climate.
Guests are introduced to the winemaking process, vintage differences and the main tasting notes, ranging from ripe red fruit to subtle spicy nuances, with a well-balanced and persistent finish.
The tasting is paired with local products such as bread, taralli or small traditional bites, carefully selected to complement the wine.
