I placed an order for several posters on 3 October 2025; it’s now 10 February 2026 – four months later – and I still haven’t received the posters or a refund.
They’re playing dead, but I won’t let it go

An unprofessional agency…
The order was sent a month late. No response via social media or text message. The agency doesn’t reply to phone calls or emails!

We are still waiting for the posters paid for in October; there have been no replies to our emails or phone calls, and we have not been able to gain access to their premises.
