Thank you so much! I was wandering around Paris on foot with my mountain bike, which had a flat tire, meaning I was stuck walking, and every shop I called required an appointment... which wasn't the case here! What's more, the service was professional, quick, and efficient. My inner tube and tire were changed in under 10 minutes, for a very reasonable price. I'll gladly come back if I have any further problems with my bike!

Excellent repairman! He changed my inner tube in no time, and I was able to pick up my bike 15 minutes after dropping it off—super convenient. Thanks for the advice on tires and mudguards. I highly recommend him! Very friendly and helpful; I know where to go next time.

The team was friendly and welcoming, but unfortunately, I can't recommend them for road bikes. I paid €45 for a seasonal service, but I noticed a lack of specific knowledge about road bikes (for example, stating that all bikes have three chainrings or that any cassette fits any bike). I ended up leaving with my bike to take it to another repair shop. In my opinion, not suitable for road bikes.

I went there for a flat tire on my city bike, after visiting two other repair shops who told me they didn't have the right size inner tube. This one claimed he had a size 32 inner tube and handed me one folded in six, unpackaged. When I asked if it would fit my 32 tire, I got a "yes, yes, no problem, it'll fit." I put it on my bike at home, and unsurprisingly, when I inflated it, I could see it was actually a size 36. Luckily, I had an appointment at Decathlon two days later for a tire change, and they were able to provide me with the correct size inner tube. I believe that the honesty to say "no" when a customer asks if the salesperson has a product is an essential virtue for any business owner, and therefore I do not recommend this repairman who prioritizes his personal profit over your safety and satisfaction. I will occasionally overlook the tire changers he sold me for €5 for two, as well as the minimum card at €10, which in themselves are to the credit of the seller but which contributed to enriching my bad experience.
