This is already my third visit to this store, whether for adjustments, a puncture, or maintenance on my bikes (mountain bikes and city bikes). Each time, the welcome is impeccable: the staff is very professional, accessible, and always offers good advice. You can feel their real expertise and passion for cycling. I highly recommend this store to all cyclists, whether beginners or experienced.

I want to thank the staff at the Absolubike store in Le Touquet because they were very attentive. I initially ordered a size L bike, which wasn't available in the store. Unfortunately, they called me a few days later to say it was no longer available for delivery. They did everything they could to find me another model on the website, but when it arrived, the color and aesthetics weren't to my liking. They were understanding and very helpful. Together, we decided to choose a new model that was immediately available in the store to avoid any issues upon delivery, which suited me perfectly. Upon receiving each bike, there's a detailed explanation of all the technical aspects. The staff are incredibly attentive, friendly, and, above all, available. I arrived at the store a few minutes after closing time, and the salesperson kindly waited for me because I had informed them of my delay. It's rare to find such kind people. Thank you to AbsoluBike Le Touquet. I highly recommend them.

The moment you step inside, you feel like you're bothering them. It's a real shame that in this digital age, retailers don't compensate for their shortcomings in this area with human values. They don't take responsibility for your problem because you're always blamed. The problem never originates with the store or the product sold. I came in a few weeks ago because my saddle, which I bought and had installed at this store, had come loose. They told me the children must have messed with it 🧐…
