AbsoluBike - Le Touquet

This is already my third visit to this store, whether for an adjustment, a puncture or maintenance, on my bikes (mountain bike and city bike). Each time, the welcome is impeccable: the staff are very professional, accessible and always provide good advice. We feel real expertise and a real passion for cycling. I highly recommend this brand to all cyclists, whether beginners or experienced.

I would like to thank the staff at the Absolubike store in Le Touquet for their attentiveness. I initially ordered a size L bike that wasn't available in store. Unfortunately, they called me a few days later to tell me it was no longer available for delivery. They did everything they could to find me another model on the website, but upon receipt, it wasn't to my liking in terms of aesthetics and color, and they were understanding and very attentive. Together, we decided to choose a new model, which we could see immediately in the store so as not to have any problems at the reception desk. This suited me perfectly. When you receive each bike, there's an explanation of everything technical. The staff is very attentive, very personable, and above all, available. I arrived at the store a few minutes after closing time. The salesperson kindly waited for me because I had warned him I would be late. It's rare to still find such personable people.
