I’m absolutely delighted! With José Luís and his company! We’re a family of five, with children aged 8, 5 and 4. He had everything we could possibly need, and everything went brilliantly right from the start! We hired an e-bike for my daughters and me, as well as two mountain bikes for my husband and son. We spent almost the whole day out on an excursion; we went to Tamarit Castle, visited Torredembarra… It was incredibly comfortable and safe. Organising a trip like this is very difficult when you’re a large family with young children, but with José Luís, everything went off without a hitch. We’ll be back and we’ll do it all again!

I had no way of inflating my paddleboard and they really saved the day! They were really friendly and told me I could bring them along with no problem and at no extra cost. I’d recommend them 100 per cent! What’s more, their equipment hire rates are very affordable. A big thank you!

We’d booked a bike via the website, but when we arrived, we were told there weren’t any left and were offered the chance to hire an electric scooter. We left as we’d come specifically to hire a bike. In the end, our child opted for the electric scooter, so we came back. When we arrived, we were told they couldn’t hire it to us because it wasn’t insured and was also for sale. I would like to point out: 1. Our child is always accompanied by an adult. 2. It was you who suggested the scooter to us; I don’t understand why you suggested it if it wasn’t insured. 3. Please find attached the booking confirmation from the website. What a disaster! This is the third time we’ve been here. Thank you for not even acknowledging your mistakes.
