Expertise, a willingness to listen, sound advice, support and a friendly manner when buying a new electric mountain bike – I am very pleased with my purchase and will continue to use the services of this highly professional retailer.

My bike was in desperate need of a service, so I popped into this workshop. What a brilliant idea! The manager is really friendly and very professional. No detail was overlooked, and you could really tell they care about quality and a job well done. I’m absolutely delighted because my bike has been given a new lease of life! I highly recommend them +++

A passionate, attentive professional who goes out of his way to sort out your problem, honours his commitments (deadlines, quotes) and offers repair discounts that reduce the amount you have to pay (€30 off in my case). He got me out of a tight spot – a derailleur hanger needed replacing and the derailleur was bent on my electric mountain bike – whilst I was travelling, showing the ability to improvise and adapt to deal with the recurring issues that come with this sort of kit. What’s more, he gave me plenty of advice and adjusted other parts of the bike without counting the time he spent on it. A friendly professional to boot – I’d gone to see if he could work a miracle, and he did. I recommend him without reservation.

I went there to have the front and rear derailleurs adjusted, as well as the brakes, on his advice. It was done straight away and, I must say, perfectly. Thank you for your helpfulness and friendliness. As I live nearby, I’ll certainly be back if I have any other issues or need any servicing done.

I found this workshop on Google to repair a broken spoke on my bike whilst cycling across the Pyrenees. I was warmly welcomed by the owner and his family, who took the time to deal with my urgent problem. My bike was given a full service and I was given some sound advice; I’d particularly like to thank them for the water and food they provided. I had a lovely time, not to mention the fact that my bike is now back in working order and I’ve learnt a lot. I highly recommend it!
