Pulled in with gears not working well and the remedied the issue immediately. They had the parts and the know how, and kindly got me on the road in under an hour. My bike hasn’t run better since it was new. After the fix Strava tells me I’ve had my fastest 20k ever!! Amazing!! Thank you Bachelas!!!!

Pleasant experience. Good customer service, the shop and staff are presentable and happy to help. Dealt with a member of staff who was very competent and had a brilliant knowledge of his own shop stock. I don't speak much French and was able to communicate in English which was a big bonus for me. I ended up leaving the shop with my bike fixed, the exchange was very easy and efficient. Good selection of stock. Recommended.

A very good store with friendly and knowledgeable staff that spoke English. They looked after my backpack when I wanted to cycle for three days and not carry it around with me. A very successful rental service. Thank you! 🤩

Really good shop. Great products, excellent client service! Mille étoiles sur cinq. We bought a bike for our 7yo son, since it was a surprise gift we didn’t get the right mesure, when we saw we needed to downsize the bike, they took the one we got and borrowed us one for free until they had the correct size ready in their shop. All the staff is very kind and helpful.
