We rented city bikes today from Bayonne location. Eric was professional, kind and helpful. He engaged in French when I was able but had no problem switching to English when we needed. He triple checked bikes before giving them to us, adding air and even changing bell. Bike worked well and was clean. Helmet and locks were also clean. They gave us information on how to access bike paths to Biarritz. We rent bikes in many cities in many countries and these are some of the best we have used. Would definitely recommend and return another time to rent.

Amazing shop! We rented bikes for an afternoon last minute and they were so helpful. They spoke English and offered trails to take as well as a recommendation for cities to stop in for lunch. Highly recommend!
