We hired bikes for the family for a few hours, and I also hired a road bike for a day trip. All the bikes were in perfect working order. The road bike was fantastic: an older Cervélo model, but very well maintained and very light, ideal for climbs. There was a slight issue with fitting the pedals, but I was given a generous discount to make up for the delay. The service was also very pleasant and friendly!

Impeccable service and outstanding professionalism! The bikes are in excellent condition and the customer service is truly exceptional. After we’d set off, the staff got in touch because we’d forgotten our chargers and delivered them to our accommodation without any hassle – a real bonus for this thoughtfulness and customer care. I also really appreciate the lack of hidden charges: all extras are included in the hire price, so there are no additional charges for every little thing. Everything is transparent and fair. I highly recommend this hire company! Excellent service and the utmost professionalism! The bikes are in excellent condition and the company goes the extra mile for its customers. After we’d set off, the staff contacted us directly because we’d forgotten our chargers and delivered them to our accommodation – a huge plus for this level of care and responsiveness towards the customer. What’s more, I really appreciated the lack of hidden charges: all the extra equipment was included in the hire price, so there was no need to pay extra for every little thing. Everything was clear and fair. I highly recommend this hire company! Excellent service and true professionalism! The bikes were in perfect condition and the customer service was exceptional. After we’d left, the staff contacted us because we’d forgotten our chargers and kindly delivered them to our accommodation — a real bonus that shows their thoughtfulness and commitment to customer care. It was a brilliant tour. Emanuele was an excellent guide, who knew how to adapt to everyone’s needs and pace. The route was very well chosen. The Custoza area is stunning; you cycle through the vineyards, along the River Mincio and through charming villages. We were a group of nine women of different nationalities and we had a brilliant time. The e-bikes were also excellent and a real pleasure to ride. In short, I highly recommend this tour.

I hired two electric bikes to cycle from Peschiera to Mantua. The bikes were excellent and in perfect condition; they even provided us with a bag for our belongings. I then had to return them the following day so I could spend more time in Mantua. They allowed me to keep them overnight and charged me the extra fee for extending the hire. I highly recommend them. I will certainly use their services again.

We hired two electric bikes from Marzia in Peschiera del Garda. She was very friendly and knowledgeable, and showed us the collection point closest to our accommodation, explaining how everything worked. On the day we collected the bikes, Silvia (at Littorina) welcomed us. She too was very knowledgeable and efficient, despite the crowds on that Saturday. We were very satisfied and highly recommend this service; we cycled the entire route from Castelnuovo to Mantua and returned with the battery still having enough charge for three more trips. Excellent bikes!
