Whilst on a long cycling trip, the time had come to replace my chain. I went into this shop and the manager immediately took care of my bike with professionalism and efficiency. Not only was my chain replaced without any trouble, but he also took the time to sort out my rear derailleur. Thanks to his help, I was able to get back on the road with peace of mind and without a single worry. If I can offer one piece of advice to cyclists passing through: if you have a problem, go there without a second thought. A brilliant welcome at Bike-Master – they gave loads of advice and really listened to what I needed. When you’re just starting out, you don’t always know where to begin and you sometimes feel a bit hesitant to ask questions. I went in just to ask for some information, but left a few days later with a bespoke bike! Helpful, friendly and full of good advice, Julien suggested a brilliant electric mountain bike that was within my budget, and he put together a bike that meets all my needs. We hired two touring bikes for a short 3-day trip between Cognac, Saintes, Rochefort, Île d’Aix, La Rochelle and Île de Ré. It was absolutely brilliant! Julien was a delight to deal with and was very accommodating. The Batavus and Trek bikes we hired were just what we needed. We’ll be back!
