Fantastic service - all done beautifully with a smile and a laugh. We hired bikes for 5 days to cycle part of La Flow Velo. The bikes were lovely - easily best have hired in recent years - and at very reasonable prices. They rode so smoothly - they have obviously been well-maintaned. The owner even said he would open specially for us on Saturday afternoon if we could not return them by 12 noon - which was so appreciated. 5 star service and highly recommended.

Great service from Julian. we were on EV3 on the Tandem . I emailed to let him know we were coming and needed help . He stopped everything and fixed our problems 5 stars. Fantastic

We hired bikes for a duration of 10 days, they were terrific and we cycled without experiencing any problems. The guys are super friendly and helpful.

Had a problem with my gears on my road bike. Dropped into the shop and the very helpful owner quickly sorted them for me until I can get it fixed when I am back in the U.K. He didn’t even charge me for his time. thank you so much. Extremely helpful and I can now continue my cycling on my holiday !

The Guys at Bike Master were very helpful and efficient, we dropped off our 2 e-bikes, which required servicing and new tyres, they had them ready for us on the day they promised, excellent service would highly recommend Julian and his team.
