A large group of Canadian ladies rented bikes for a day. We dealt with Julien who was very responsive and accommodating. He was able to deliver the bikes to us as we didn’t have transportation. He was so helpful in helping us organize our ride and offered some route advice and suggested stops along the way. Julien was very patient with us as we had various bike size requirements due to the large group. We loved our ride so much, we asked if we could keep some of the bikes for a second day. He brought us all battery chargers so we could recharge overnight. Julien went above and beyond and the whole experience was a very positive one. The bikes were great and locks, helmets, saddle bags were provided with the rental. We were initially concerned with biking on the roads but found they were easy to navigate and not that busy. We took routes from the Gordes area that had very few of the busier roads. Biking through the villages was one of the highlights for all of us. Highly recommended doing it and using this company.

The owner helped us multiple times today. First we bought replacement tubes and a rim band for our bicycles. We struggled with putting the tire back on so we returned. The owner put the tire back on and showed us how to do it.

We were going to be near the shop the subsequent week and they reserved a slot to help me out with two issues with my gravel bike. All done neatly, swiftly, professionally and friendly.
