I had a flat tire on my sports wheelchair and needed to catch a flight the same day. I called ahead and they told me to come right in. As soon as I arrived they were extremely professional and prepared to provide an exceptional quick service. They had me up and pushing my wheelchair in no time! After the flight I noticed that the brake disc on my bike was bent. Luckily I found this bike repair shop on the map and went to fix the problem. The two young guys there, they speak English and immediately understood the problem, they said they would try to fix it the same day. A few hours later I received a message that I could go pick up the bike. Fast, efficient, quality. Hearing that I was going on a tour to Faro, they offered to provide me with assistance, on their WhatsApp address, in case I encountered any new problems. I can recommend them with confidence. Great guys!

5 star service. I contacted the store via email from Hungary, before we started our trip. They were quick to respond and were helpful. In Lisbon, at the end of our tour, we took the bikes to the shop to be disassembled, packed up the next day, and our bikes were right there at the airport for a minute. They are very kind, professional and helpful. Thank you very much once again!

Had a great experience getting two bikes serviced here recently. The guy was super friendly, helpful, and just an all around nice person. He was honest about the pricing (no surprises) and got all the work done within 24 hours. Both bikes feel like new again. Highly recommend!
