We hired an electric mountain bike and a city bike. The hire shop had a very relaxed atmosphere and we followed a stunning route through the mountains, passing through some very small, picturesque villages.

Impeccable service! We hired two electric mountain bikes and some helmets for half a day. The routes suggested on the website are excellent; we followed one of them and loved it. The staff were friendly and helpful.

We had a bit of a problem with the bike – it can happen to anyone. But the Bikepicos team reacted straight away and helped us out. They were very knowledgeable and incredibly friendly. We’re delighted to have received such great service. A big thank you!

Today, there were seven of us and we hired six electric bikes and one mountain bike for a morning ride.
The bikes were as good as new and they sorted out a broken chain for us straight away.
The service was exceptional, and they explained the various possible routes to us based on our ability and the time we had available.
We loved the experience! We highly recommend it and will definitely be back.
A big thank you for everything!

UNACCEPTABLE.
We had booked two bikes in advance (on Saturday). We were assured that they would be available on Tuesday and were asked for our sizes so that the right bikes could be prepared. To our great surprise, when we arrived, the shop was closed.
We rang the number listed on Google (the same as the one on the sign), but nobody answered.
We tried the other number – the one that appears only on the sign and not on Google – and the person who answered wasn’t even aware of our booking and told us they were closed all day. A complete organisational disaster. They didn’t offer us any solution, even though the problem was entirely down to THEIR company.
I think they should sort out their own problems first before going into business.
We understand that opening hours can change for various reasons, but we don’t understand why they didn’t even warn us. We drove two hours for this activity and had nothing else to do but stand there in front of the door with our arms crossed.
I’ve attached a photo of the opening hours and the Google Calendar, which show that it should be open on Tuesdays – and I’d emphasise this all the more given that they’d taken a booking for the service.
