Nick was very helpful and so nice! Gave us a great bike path and directions to get there. We rented E bikes and they were very well kept and road great! He cleaned them thoroughly and provided clean helmets as well. His prices are very reasonably for the entire day both road bikes and E bikes. I Would recommend him again! Great services. Also a yummy gelato place right next door to go to after a long day of biking!

I was going to be in Cascais for a couple of days, so i planned to do some cycling along the coast. I contacted Bikerist a week prior to my arrival. Super fast response from Nick. He dealt with my request for a road/gravel bike. He was also flexible to my requirements. When to pick up, return and pedals etc. On arrival in Cascais, I visited Bikerist new premises, met Nick, with the bike prepped and ready to go. The bike was perfect for my needs. We reserved bikes online yesterday and messaged sizes via WhatsApp. Got immediate response to both inquiries. Nicely maintained and clean bikes ready on our arrival. Nick was attentive to adjusting seats as needed and offering sanitized helmets. Shop is clean and welcoming. Nick reviewed suggested routes and points of interest. So we knew right where to stop and lock bikes to enjoy views. This is one of the best experiences we have had with a shop on vacation. Wouldn't hesitate to rent again and highly recommend. Next door to gelato and pastries so bonus before or after ride.

Spontaneous decision to go for a bike ride on my last day in Cascais. Phoned Nick in the morning and 20 minutes later when I arrived at the shop, the bike was ready! He is super friendly and genuinely takes the time to ensure the bike is fit for me for the day's ride. Also great ice-cream and restaurant recommendations. Wonderful route to Guincho beach, with lovely rest and photo spots along the way. A beautiful ride with views of the ocean on the one side and green the other. I will definitely do this again next time I visit and highly recommend this rental shop even though it's a bit further away from the center if you wish to have a pleasant start to your bike journey!
