Spontaneous decision to go for a bike ride on my last day in Cascais. Phoned Nick in the morning and 20 minutes later when I arrived at the shop, the bike was ready! He is super friendly and genuinely takes the time to ensure the bike is fit for me for the day's ride. Also great ice-cream and restaurant recommendations. Wonderful route to Guincho beach, with lovely rest and photo spots along the way. A beautiful ride with views of the ocean on the one side and green the other. I will definitely do this again next time I visit and highly recommend this rental shop even though it's a bit further away from the center if you wish to have a pleasant start to your bike journey!

We reserved bikes online yesterday and messaged sizes via WhatsApp. Got immediate response to both inquiries. Nicely maintained and clean bikes ready on our arrival. Nick was attentive to adjusting seats as needed and offering sanitized helmets. Shop is clean and welcoming. Nick reviewed suggested routes and points of interest. So we knew right where to stop and lock bikes to enjoy views. This is one of the best experiences we have had with a shop on vacation. Wouldn't hesitate to rent again and highly recommend. Next door to gelato and pastries so bonus before or after ride.

Rented a gravel bike to ride up to Sintra and Nick was the most helpful! He was flexible with my pickup time and gave me great advice for my route. Got fully outfitted with helmet, lights, bottle holder, and even better, a great chat with a nice person. Highly recommend this place if you're in town. Cycling is the best way to see Portugal!

Awesome bike shop. Nick is wonderful. He provided great bikes for us to use (ebikes that had batteries that lasted for 35 miles riding from Cascais to Sintra up multiple hills). He showed us several great ride options and was so friendly and wonderful. The customer service was excellent. And the price included helmets and locks. We wish we had a few more days in the city as we'd love to rent bikes again and go explore some other regions.
