A brilliant team right from the very first contact. Kharine and Frédéric are very friendly and attentive to your needs. Calls are always answered (they ring you back if you get the voicemail). The prices are fair and actually cheaper than elsewhere. Communication with them is easy and clear. You’ll have no hesitation in renting a storage unit from Montaubox. I highly recommend them!! Caring, empathetic, reliable and deeply compassionate, they went above and beyond to help me through an extremely stressful move. At a time when good service is hard to come by, they shine like gold. Their support was always clear, warm, reassuring and imbued with genuine human care. I felt safe, listened to and respected — and that made all the difference. Excellent value for money. 👍🏼 Thank you to the Montaubox team for their kindness; everyone I spoke to on the phone was really lovely and willing to help find solutions. During my move – which was made far more complicated by the power cut on 24 May 2025 – I received a call to let me know that the power had been restored to the storage unit, which meant I was able to finish my move without any problems. Thank you to them for their professionalism and responsiveness. One minor downside at the warehouse where my storage unit was located: quite a bit of powder fell onto my furniture due to the fire suppression system installed on the ceiling. It might be worth looking into whether it’s possible to cover the storage unit roofs with tarpaulins to prevent this. Another suggestion for improvement: install sockets so that a hoover can be plugged in for cleaning. I also asked whether I needed to come back to clean the storage unit. As I’m based in Antibes, they were very accommodating and told me they’d take care of it to save me having to travel all the way to Montauroux just to clean it. Thanks again to them! I’d definitely recommend them!
