Great store, professional and knowledgeable staff, quality bikes. I bought an electric mountain bike, a Trail 5 from Moustache in May 2025. I was able to see the store's seriousness after testing one with Adrien. I appreciated his advice, even though I'd never ridden one before. After that, I spent some time thinking about my purchase and watching Moustache Trail videos. Finally, I took the plunge and made an appointment with Adrien to determine what was in stock and at what price. Adrien had noted what interested me, and we quickly connected. Since then, I've been on some wonderful rides with my Trail 5 in the Pyrenees. It's a real pleasure! Everything is perfectly designed; it's very comfortable; the possibilities are endless! With summer coming, I'm going to make the most of it :-)

Top electric bike shop with a great welcome each time you visit. Purchased a bike 6 months ago, high quality, great value. A range of products that allows everyone to find happiness with complete peace of mind. Always great advice even after sale. Whether it's the welcome, the advice, the delivery, or the follow-up... Bobiclou is the place to buy your new bike. Having tested various bikes, I chose a Samedi 28.7 for my daily commute (Bègles-Mérignac). And I'm completely satisfied 👌 After more than a year of experience, I can confirm that I made the right choice. My wife also bought her electric bike here, completely satisfied with the fact that she's avoiding the bus for now.

Adrien is competent and helpful. My Mustaches bike has regained all its functionality thanks to its good care. I made sure to have an appointment before my visit to the very pretty boutique. The services were carried out within the day and the prices were very reasonable. You can go by bike to the workshop which is on the edge of a cycle path. Or by car, because it was easy to find free parking very close to the workshop. Advantage of being in Bègles rather than in the center of Bordeaux. Happy summer season to your team and well done and thank you for your services
