My husband and I are delighted with our recent purchase of two bicycles from this shop. As it was our first time buying e-bikes, we patiently took the time to ask ourselves many questions about our individual preferences, our experience with bicycles, and how we planned to use them. This allowed us to choose models perfectly suited to each of us (my husband, an e-bike with manual gears, and me, an automatic). We highly recommend C du Cycle if you want to work with professionals and invest in a quality e-bike!

Automatic Artemis bicycle purchased in January 2026. A very warm welcome in the shop, excellent advice as it was sold by the designer himself. The bicycle is customizable, excellent value for money, and fully assembled by them. They are very easy to reach and responsive. I highly recommend them.

Excellent experience at C du Cycle! A truly top-notch welcome from an extremely friendly, available, and helpful person. I arrived with a problem on my bike and received immediate assistance, with great kindness and without hesitation going above and beyond what one would expect from a shopkeeper. It's a real pleasure to find a shop with such a strong sense of service and a genuine desire to help. I highly recommend them and will definitely be back!

Fantastic purchase! My electric bike, made right here in Mérignac, is exactly what I needed. I highly recommend this brand, which sells durable products at affordable prices! Thanks to Antoine for his advice!

From our very first interactions, I received comprehensive support throughout my purchase process. The team took the time to fully understand my needs, offering clear technical advice and attentive listening at every stage. Nothing was left to chance, and this personalized approach made all the difference in my final decision. On the bike itself, you immediately feel the care put into the entire design by C du Cycle, a certified "Made in France" product. The quality is evident in every component, right down to the finishing touches, and this translates directly into everyday use: smooth handling, daily comfort—everything is designed for durability. The battery lives up to its promised range, and the different riding modes (eco, normal, sport) allow me to adapt to all my needs, whether commuting to work or enjoying long rides on bike paths on the weekend. A very satisfying experience, both in terms of the customer service and the quality of the product. I highly recommend C du Cycle to anyone looking for a reliable, well-designed electric bike made in France.
