From our very first interactions, I received comprehensive support throughout my purchase process. The team took the time to fully understand my needs, offering clear technical advice and attentive listening at every stage. Nothing was left to chance, and this personalized approach made all the difference in my final decision.
On the bike itself, you immediately feel the care put into the entire design by C du Cycle, a certified "Made in France" product. The quality is evident in every component, right down to the finishing touches, and this translates directly into everyday use: smooth handling, daily comfort—everything is designed for durability. The battery lives up to its promised range, and the different riding modes (eco, normal, sport) allow me to adapt to all my needs, whether commuting to work or enjoying long rides on bike paths on the weekend.
A very satisfying experience, both in terms of the customer service and the quality of the product. I highly recommend C du Cycle to anyone looking for a reliable, well-designed electric bike made in France.
