I was looking for a serious bike shop. After some research on internet I found Cahchera Evo. The 5* evaluations are justified. Needless to repeat all what others have said before me. To make the long story short: if you wish to have a truly personalized service then take some time, go there and ask for Mr Quentin. You will see why they are rated 5*. If I could I would give them more than that.

Having already owned a bike from their shop when I was younger, I went there first with my wife, and then with my parents, so they could buy their first electric bike. We received a very warm welcome and excellent advice from one of the salespeople. We were able to test the bikes, which is a real bonus, especially considering their current price. This really helped them make their choice. I also want to mention that at no point did we feel any pressure from the salesperson, which we greatly appreciated. A huge thank you to Quentin for his kindness and help! We benefited from his expertise as well as the very attractive prices! I will probably go back very soon to buy mine.

We bought a used KTM electric bike last year. OK had its annual service done last Saturday. Really great. I recommend them.

Yesterday (March 24th), I had a near-accident while mountain biking because I suddenly lost my front brake on a rocky descent in the woods. I had just had it serviced on February 10th at Cachera, including replacing the front brake pads. It seems the split pin hadn't been properly bent back into place. I noticed the brake pads had popped out and the pin was missing. In 40 years of mountain biking, this has never happened to me before. Update March 27th: I immediately informed Cachera about this brake problem. The workshop manager at Cachera called me to offer an inspection of the bike, which was done this morning, March 27th. The brakes were thoroughly checked. Thank you for your prompt response!
