I was looking for a serious bike shop. After some research on internet I found Cahchera Evo. The 5* evaluations are justified. Needless to repeat all what others have said before me. To make the long story short: if you wish to have a truly personalized service then take some time, go there and ask for Mr Quentin. You will see why they are rated 5*. If I could I would give them more than that.

I highly recommend Cachera for purchasing an electric bike. a magnificent store by the way As soon as I arrived, I was greeted very politely. What I really appreciate Advisor Quentin then demonstrated great expertise and guided me perfectly in my choice. The team was very responsive in assembling my bike so that I could have it to go to work on Monday bike bought on Friday and I was able to have it on Saturday morning. Thank you for this quality service!

Having already had a smaller bike from their store, I went there the first time with my wife, and then with my parents, so that they could buy their first electric bike. We were very warmly welcomed and very well advised by one of the sellers. We were able to test the bikes, which is a real plus, especially given their current price. This really helped them in their choice. I would also like to note that at no time did we feel any pressure from the seller, which we greatly appreciated. A big thank you to Quentin for his kindness and help! We were able to benefit from his expertise as well as very attractive prices! I will probably go back there very soon to buy mine.

Very nice electric bike store run by very kind and welcoming people! People who listen to you, take the time to answer your questions (even though we were close to closing time) and give you advice from the heart! It’s becoming rare these days and it feels good! We also appreciated the nice variety of bikes offered in this store. there is something for all tastes and colors ;-) and above all, always quality! Long live Cachera!
