Le K5 Compact combine confort d'utilisation et puissance de nettoyage. Grâce à un système innovant, le flexible haute pression peut être enroulé sur le devant de la machine et maintenu grâce à une poignée en caoutchouc, ce qui facilite ainsi le transport et le stockage. Ses dimensions compactes permettent de le ranger partout : du coffre de la voiture aux étagères du garage. Deux poignées de transport dont une téléscopique et une utilisation possible verticalement ou horizontalement lui offre un confort extrême. Livré avec : une poignée pistolet Quick Connect, un flexible de 8m; une lance Vario, une Rotabuse et un filtre à eau. I've been reading the comments here, and I'm surprised because I've rented vans dozens of times and never had a problem. They always take good photos and videos of the vehicle before I leave (interior and exterior), refuel properly (except for electric vehicles), and return it fairly clean. There's always a queue when they open, though, so be aware. But the employees are quite friendly despite the repetitive nature of the job. In short, I recommend them and don't understand the negative feedback here, except that you always hear more from the complainers and disappointed customers (or even those acting in bad faith?) than from those who simply go elsewhere.

I rented a van this Saturday, February 5th... attractive price, but there are a few things you should be careful about... take a good look at the inventory when you pick up the vehicle; not all the defects are listed (scratches on the bumpers and inside the rear door pillars). It also states that the vehicle is given clean inside and out, and must be returned clean. Ask for clarification on what Leclerc considers clean!!! Another major negative is the €2,000 deposit, or the €1,000 deposit offered if you pay €12... the amount is blocked in your account and automatically refunded after 30 days!!! How can we guarantee that Leclerc won't receive this deposit within the first month!! No clear answer given... Another negative point is that the company doesn't accept a deposit check!!! Try looking at another rental company before going to Leclerc.

Run away! The negative reviews speak for themselves, having had the bad experience. Too bad. Amazement, hard to recover after such a bad experience and unpleasant surprises from start to finish! And the lie they tell you about keeping the €2,000 deposit for a month is forbidden because the bank only accepts blocking this amount in your account for 6 days. Otherwise, I agree with all the negative reviews, which are worth their weight in gold. Move on.

Unfortunately, I agree with all the negative opinions, without exception. €2,000 (TWO THOUSAND EUROS) to be made available in your account at the time of rental and which they take as a deposit: "ABERRANT"! (BEWARE of some fake positive reviews) As a customer, let's get back into the habit of reading reviews carefully before doing anything, you will sincerely avoid unpleasant surprises! A sword of Damocles will be hanging over you throughout your use of the van until you return it, and it doesn't stop there! They will keep your €2,000 deposit for a month, "ABERRANT" I tell you (which is false because the bank only allows 6 days). Read all the negative reviews and move on. Believe me. I thought I was the only one, but in the end I'm reassured, these are their methods and practices for all customers (all suspects, I would say). Oh yes, another very important thing: there is a tracker in the van, which is not specified. at the beginning of the rental. They know where and when you are at all times, they follow you on the computer live and to the second. Is this legal? In any case, you are not warned. It's the worst experience I have had as a customer in a store. If you want to play at let the accused in, you will be served: but the accused: it's you as soon as you cross the threshold of their door to use their vans! (Oh yes, if I still have room to write, don't forget to fill up and pass the pressure washer at the end) ESPECIALLY: NEXT! ABERRANT! UNCOMFORTABLE! (Never again!)

I am extremely disappointed with Leclerc Location's service. I had reserved a Skoda Kodiaq for one day, from July 16th to 17th. When I picked up the vehicle, I discovered that the required deposit was €2,500—an amount never mentioned during the booking process and completely disproportionate for a short-term rental. This deposit blocked a significant amount on my credit card. In my case, with a limit of €3,000, and after a few purchases, I only had €1,900 available, which prevented me from finalizing the rental. No alternative was offered: no additional insurance, no possibility of reducing the deposit. And to make matters worse, the €62 rental fee was retained, with no possibility of cancellation or refund. Zero flexibility, no goodwill gesture whatsoever. While many rental companies offer much more reasonable terms, Leclerc Location applies a rigid and outdated policy, to the detriment of the customer. I do not recommend it.
