When I was working in the photo industry, many retailers pretended they were offering a good experience. At Ciel, they offer a GREAT experience: if you want to switch to an electric bike, not only people can test and try, get support and all questions answered. Last but not least, great choice of very nicely designed bike Great overall

Very happy! I went there with a specific budget (on the lower end) and was pleasantly surprised by the excellent value for money of the e-bike they recommended. I couldn't have found better! The service surrounding the purchase was top-notch: expert and personalized advice, attentive to my needs. Maider pinpointed exactly what I was looking for. I highly recommend this shop for buying a bike! Thank you to Maider and the team. Bonus: free service in 300 km! I won't hesitate to give a second opinion after a few years of use.
