Very happy! I went there with a specific budget (on the lower end) and was pleasantly surprised by the excellent value for money of the e-bike they recommended. I couldn't have found better! The service surrounding the purchase was top-notch: expert and personalized advice, attentive to my needs. Maider pinpointed exactly what I was looking for. We rented a Cannondale cargo bike and a Riese & Müller with our three children (two in the cargo bike and the youngest in a baby seat). Honestly, a fantastic experience! We loved it. Nicolas's advice was excellent! He took the time to explain everything to us. Absolutely fantastic! We'll definitely do it again! We rented through the Lokki Rent platform, who were also great.
