Children’s ski hire (package) + helmet A very good experience. Friendly staff, both at reception and when returning the equipment. On our first visit, they took the time to explain waxing to our 6-year-old daughter, which really interested her and meant she waited patiently. We’ll definitely be back on other occasions! One minor downside: the reception area is quite small and gets crowded quite quickly.

First of all, I really want to thank you all once again for making me feel so welcome, lads! It was my first time skiing, so I didn’t know the first thing about it. They’re there to explain everything to you from A to Z! The prices are absolutely brilliant. The kit is brand new, or as good as new. We were due to return the skis on Thursday 25 December, but as the shop was closed, we were able to return them on Friday without being charged for an extra day. There’s nothing more to say – go there with complete confidence. You’ll walk out of the shop with the gear you need to tackle any slope – and, best of all, a smile from ear to ear! As existing customers are being served first, the estimated wait time for waxing is … 15 days due to the holidays. We turned on our heels straight away – we’re much better served elsewhere (where they wax on the spot). Two families lost as customers
