Friendly staff, both at reception and when returning the equipment. On our first visit, they took the time to explain waxing to our 6-year-old daughter, which she found very interesting and kept her occupied while she waited.
We will definitely be back!
One small drawback: the reception area is quite small and gets crowded quickly.
