I bought an ORBEA a while ago: Delivered in under two weeks: no marks or scratches on the frame. The bike is really well made; after 300 km I haven’t had any problems -> it was perfectly assembled and the adjustments were spot on. The staff didn’t try to pressure me into buying extra bits: That’s actually the only slight downside, really: I didn’t realise you could upgrade to more effective brakes and I regret that now – the brakes are absolutely rubbish... but it’s not really their fault – it’s the manufacturer who designed it that way. The advice on everything else was spot on, delivered professionally and with a smile to boot. I highly recommend them ++++.
