During my round trip (early April 23) in the South of France my bike computer broke down. Not being able to revive it the only option was to find a Trek bike shop. Pretty desperate about the continuation of the trip I came across 'Via Velo' close to Avignon. The warm welcome and professional approach felt really good and after proper analysis and testing the problem was quickly solved. I booked my R&M Superdelite for a diagnostic appointment as it was not functioning correctly and I was unable to use it. We were on holiday from Scotland so I needed help from an approved dealer. Fortunately I found that help with Via Velo in Avignon. They spent a lot time and effort on my behalf trying to diagnose the problem together with Bosch and R&M. I had to return home before the work was completed but they wouldn’t charge me. They just wished me well and promised to help my own dealer in Scotland. Excellent service

Rented two bikes. Top quality. Service also very good and customer friendly. Suggested to lend a pannier so we didn't have to carry a backpack, lock, small tools, air bottle and pump given, free of charge. What a service. Definitely recommended. Has a spacious parking lot where you can safely leave the car.
