I've been having my gravel bike serviced there for a few years now. A huge thank you to the team for their exceptional professionalism! In July, after a traffic accident, they were available to help me out so I wouldn't be stranded for too long in the middle of summer. In August, another breakdown immobilized my gravel bike. A big thank you to Cédric, who managed to get me back on the road urgently, working overtime and saving my only free slot of the summer for my big 100km ride. They also took the time to file a complaint with SRAM, which resulted in a goodwill gesture. Top-notch service, rare and truly honest. You saved my cycling season; I recommend them without hesitation!
