An all in all very good experience. Great 3T race bike in good condition, easy online booking and a simple process of pick-up/drop-off of the bike. The mountains above and around Vence are fantastic for a bike ride🚴♂️😎

After arriving in Vence to train for IM Nice I was having trouble with my rear derailleur. I took it to 963 Cycles before lunch and Julien was able to fix it for pickup the next morning. I immediately went for a 3 hour ride and it shifted perfectly all the way to the top of Col de L’Ecre. It’s a long climb having smooth shifting and access to the largest gear is essential!! He also has some electrolytes for sale which was an added bonus. Many thanks!!

I’ve come here a few times already, sometimes with my partner who rented a bike, and now with my own gravel bike for maintenance. In every situation, Julien has been extremely patient, detail-oriented, and very professional. It’s clear he cares about both the bikes and the people who ride them. Highly recommended!
