I came in with a problem with my derailleur and the team took the time to help me sort it out, showing great patience and explaining things clearly. They tried to sort out the problem without pushing for a paid repair, and didn’t charge me a thing. A very friendly welcome and a genuine customer-focused attitude – something that’s becoming rare these days. I’ll definitely be back for servicing or to buy a new bike in the future.

A first for me with Cycles Aix'Perts and a first for them in shipping a bike to Réunion. 📦 ✈️ 🇷🇪🌋. A successful experience that deserves 5 ⭐️, whether for their customer service, the care taken in preparing the mountain bike for transport, or their efforts to find suitable logistics solutions.

I came in to ask if he could help me sort out my derailleur (following some modifications carried out at another shop). The mechanic agreed to do it straight away and, within a few minutes, my problem was sorted! As an added bonus: a clear explanation of the causes and how to fix it. Many thanks for your professionalism.

A superb shop where you feel right at home and where the products are stunning and beautifully displayed. The new Specialized shop hasn’t been open for long, but I’ve already had a go on an S-Works Aethos and bought one the following week :-) I’m always made to feel very welcome by Antonin and Sylvain, who aren’t just shop managers but genuine cycling enthusiasts with real expertise – people you can really trust! When it comes to mechanics, Stéphane really knows his stuff, and he might even make you a quick coffee if you’re nice… I’m already longing to go back for a posture analysis using state-of-the-art equipment!

An amazing Specialized shop! The staff are very friendly and the customer service is brilliant. Thank you, Jéromine, for the warm welcome – I highly recommend this shop! And I’ve just ordered another new bike for my wife. A great experience, with a wide range of equipment, components and high-quality bikes.
