I had a great experience with CYCLES AIX'PERTS, and I want to thank them and recommend them to all cycling enthusiasts! I contacted the store for a quote and was pleasantly surprised by the team's responsiveness and professionalism. The manager, Sylvain, took the time to talk with me, understand my needs and expectations, and offer me specific and personalized advice without ever pushing me to spend more than necessary. I decided to travel from Grenoble to visit the store and meet Sylvain in person. The welcome was warm, and the store is truly impressive, with a selection of high-quality bikes and state-of-the-art equipment. Sylvain presented me with several options and helped me choose the bike of my dreams. What followed was even more impressive: the bike was ready in just two days, and Sylvain did everything he could to ensure I could take it with me before my departure to Annecy, where I would be spending four days. I'm absolutely delighted with my purchase and I'm convinced my stay was even more enjoyable thanks to this magnificent bike. Sylvain's advice proved to be perfectly sound, and I was quickly able to put the bike to the test and validate my choices. A huge thank you to Sylvain and the CYCLES AIX'PERTS team for their welcome, professionalism, and dedication. I highly recommend this store to all cycling enthusiasts looking for high-quality equipment and personalized advice. One regret is that I'm not closer to the store. ^^

Superb store where you feel very good and where the products are magnificent and well presented. The new Specialized store has not been open for a long time but I was already able to try an S-works Aethos and buy one the following week :-) Always very well received by Antonin and Sylvain who are not simple store managers but truly cycling enthusiasts with "profession" and in whom you can have confidence! On the mechanical side, Stéphane knows his job very well and he might even make you a little coffee if you are nice... I am already looking forward to going back there to do a postural study with state-of-the-art equipment!
