I rented a bike from this company and had a really good experience overall. The whole process—from booking to pickup and return—was simple and straightforward. The price was reasonable, and everything worked as expected. Communication via WhatsApp was smooth and efficient, which made everything even easier. The staff were helpful and the service felt well organized. I would definitely consider using them again.

Excellent service, the bike was ready when I arrived, fully equipped with pump and repair kit. They replaced the default platform pedals with the ones I brought on the spot and I was ready to go in minutes. A few days into the rental, I wanted to extend it by a couple of days and this was done over email without any fuss. I will definitely use them again.

I booked a mountain bike from the Cycling Touring Company to ride a couple of pave secteurs of the Paris-Roubaix race and watch both the women's and men's races. It was so much easier than taking my own bike and as I was staying in Lille it was very straightforward not only to pick up the bike from the B'Twin Village but also to ride the 20km or so to the location of the race at Carrefour des l'Abre. The team were very welcoming, understood my basic French and had my bike ready for me complete with spare inner tube. I am thinking about going back next year and hiring a gravel bike and doing a bit more riding around. Thank you to all the team at the Cycling Touring Company for an excellent job!
