A very good experience. The bike provided was of good quality and the price is very reasonable for the service on offer. I hired a bike for two days and, on the first day, a spoke on the rear wheel broke (after riding over quite a lot of cobblestones). Despite it being a public holiday, they took the time to help me straight away and replaced the wheel without any fuss. Thanks to that, I was able to make the most of my second day and cycle many kilometres. A big thank you for your help, your prompt response and your kindness. I’d recommend them without hesitation!

Perfect, I hired a gravel bike for 10 days – at €199, that’s a great price! The bike was in tip-top condition, with no mechanical issues whatsoever during my 600km ride. You can book the bike online using a size guide. They’re responsive, answer the phone and are friendly. Great customer service. A big thank you for letting me hire this gravel bike for my first bikepacking trip! The only thing missing was the small screws in the fork to attach my panniers, but it’s actually very handy that they’re located right next to Decathlon. I’d highly recommend this company.
