Florian and the team were very friendly in the communication before renting the bikes and also at the shop. We did a 100km tour between Valenciennes and Roubaix. The bikes were as per website and equipped with a repair tool kit and an extra tube in case of a flat tire. We also got 4 Meltonic (natural sport nutrition) and we could keep the water bottle as a souvenir of the experience. If you are planning a bike tour in the area, their bikes are basic but well maintained and perfect for the scope.

The price was reasonable, and everything worked as expected. Communication via WhatsApp was smooth and efficient, which made everything even easier. Excellent service, the bike was ready when I arrived, fully equipped with pump and repair kit. They replaced the default platform pedals with the ones I brought on the spot and I was ready to go in minutes. A few days into the rental, I wanted to extend it by a couple of days and this was done over email without any fuss. I will definitely use them again.
