A very good experience. The bike provided was of good quality and the price is very reasonable for the service on offer.
I hired a bike for two days and, on the first day, a spoke on the rear wheel broke (after riding over quite a lot of cobblestones). Despite it being a public holiday, they took the time to help me straight away and replaced the wheel without any fuss. Thanks to that, I was able to make the most of my second day and cycle many kilometres.
A big thank you for your help, your prompt response and your kindness. I’d recommend them without hesitation!
