I rented a bike from this company and had a really good experience overall. The whole process—from booking to pickup and return—was simple and straightforward. The price was reasonable, and everything worked as expected. Communication via WhatsApp was smooth and efficient, which made everything even easier. The staff were helpful and the service felt well organized. I would definitely consider using them again.

Florian and the team were very friendly in the communication before renting the bikes and also at the shop. We did a 100km tour between Valenciennes and Roubaix. The bikes were as per website and equipped with a repair tool kit and an extra tube in case of a flat tire. We also got 4 Meltonic (natural sport nutrition) and we could keep the water bottle as a souvenir of the experience. If you are planning a bike tour in the area, their bikes are basic but well maintained and perfect for the scope.

I highly recommend using this company. I hired a bike for one day and it was a very positive experience. The staff were lovely, the pick up and drop off were seamless and they were incredibly responsive via email. The bike itself was great and suited my needs perfectly. Would definitely hire from here again.
