Truly amazing customer service. Easy booking, good bikes that matched our expectations, and nice central location of the shop in Saumur. And what really stood out was the customer service on the day when we got an unexpected issue where we needed help and support. They helped us and kept us updated very nicely. We used google translate to help with the french-english language barrier, worked well. The cycle routes are clearly marked and goes through beautiful landscapes, through cozy villages and along the loire river. Strongly recommend this place for your next holiday!

A super experience renting our bikes through Vincent, who so friendly, helpful & professional. Road along the Loire then up to L’Abbaye Royale Fontevraud (which is superb!). A fantastic day we’d highly recommend through Cyclo Loire 👏♥️ 🚴‍♀️ 🚴

We hired 2 electric bikes and were delighted with them. The first time we'd ever used an electric bike and it was great fun and easy to get the hang of. A simple explanation and we were off on a beautiful linear ride from Samur along the Loire and back. We took about 7 hours to enjoy the 40km ride and have stops along the way to enjoy the local food and wine. A really enjoyable day on 2 very good bikes. The service we received was great and being non French speakers, we were pleased to have all the information we needed clearly explained in English
