Truly amazing customer service. Easy booking, good bikes that matched our expectations, and nice central location of the shop in Saumur. And what really stood out was the customer service on the day when we got an unexpected issue where we needed help and support. They helped us and kept us updated very nicely.
We used google translate to help with the french-english language barrier, worked well.
The cycle routes are clearly marked and goes through beautiful landscapes, through cozy villages and along the loire river.
