Version 1 – Short and simple An excellent shop with very welcoming staff. I stopped by whilst on a motorbike trip because of a problem with my handlebars, and the mechanic came out straight away to help me. He quickly sorted out the problem and even refused to accept any payment. Exceptional customer service. I highly recommend this shop. Version 2 – Warmer and more personalised I’d like to extend my warmest thanks to the team for their kindness and help. Whilst travelling by motorbike, I had to stop due to a problem with my handlebars, and the mechanic came out straight away to help me. He sorted out the problem quickly and refused any payment. Genuine, friendly people and excellent service. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for honest and professional help.

The bikes are in excellent condition and both the owner and the staff are very friendly and helpful. We hired a Cervélo road bike to cycle up the Passo Pordoi, then extended the hire with an e-bike so my fiancé could explore the valley all the way to Moena! BRILLIANT! A big thank you!

Excellent e-bike hire service. The bikes were in perfect condition and were cleaned and charged every day. They also looked after our own bikes. The staff were friendly and on hand to advise us on the best routes. We had a problem with an e-bike and they offered to have it repaired at another shop, but we had to decline because it was lunchtime. They eventually offered us a discount. Many thanks! Highly recommended.

Great service in helping me find a nut and a bolt for my binding, as the original bolt had gone missing right in the middle of the slope. A few laughs, some valuable advice, and hey presto!
