A really easy and enjoyable experience. A simple process to reserve the bikes prior, to guarantee your preference, but the business were very accommodating if it didn’t work out (I.e. moving to a smaller bike).
Great payment options (e.g. link for online payment) for secure booking of the deposit. This deposit was paid back within the hour of returning it and after the checks they carried out.
When returning to Annecy, this is the place I would go again for bike hire.
